Three men are running for the District Three Seat on the Broward County Commission. Michael Udine, an attorney and the Mayor of Parkland is a candidate. He believe his success as mayor of Parkland, a city with low debt, improved property values and low crime make him a strong candidate. Randal Cutter is the pastor of New Dawn Community Church in Coral Springs. Clement is a civil engineer who has promised to work for reduced property taxes. The district includes Coral Springs, Parkland, Tamarac and North Lauderdale.
