As part of a pilot program, the City will change its office hours effective March 6 through September 29.
The new hours for City Hall will be Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. City Hall offices affected by the schedule change include: City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk, Human Resources, Financial Services, Communications and Marketing, and Public Works Administration.
“The expanded office hours will provide greater convenience for residents and businesses,” City Manager Erdal Donmez said.
Hours of Operation for other City services:
Community Development, located at The Walk, will be open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Water Billing, Building and Code Compliance will be open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Fire Admin will be open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Hours remain unchanged for the Coral Springs Gymnasium, our Tennis Facilities, and Police Records Division.
At the conclusion of the six-month pilot, management will evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
