Michael Goodrum, the new city manager for Coral Springs has signed a contract to run the City. He will be paid $215,000 annually, receive 400 hours of vacation and received $10,000 in moving expenses. Goodrum will begin work on June 19. He was among 48 candidates who applied to be manager of Coral Springs. He competed against two Coral Springs deputy city managers. Goodrum has been serving as assistant city manager in Sugar Land, Texas. He is replacing former City Manager Erdal Donmez who retired.
