The Stoneman Douglas High School baseball team is defending its state title. The Eagles have a 20-4  record and have won their past 11 games. The won the District 11-9A championship against Coral Springs and will host West Broward which has a 15-6 record in the Region 3-9A quarterfinal. The game is today.
