The Coral Springs Charter Softball team will compete in the state semifinal. Ally Muraskin, a senior pitcher struck out 13 batters to led the Panthers to a 3-1 Region 4-5A victory at Miami Gulliver Prep. Coral Springs Charter is now 28-1 and will travel to Vero Beach to play in the state semifinal on May 19. Muraskin will play for the University of Central Florida next year. She is considered one of the best high school softball players in Florida.

The Stoneman Douglas Baseball team did not do as well. The Eagles lost to Jupiter 5 to 4.
