The Shrimp House will hold a ribbon cutting on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. at the Coral Square Mall. The restaurant is owned by partners Carlo Babieri and Fernando Perri. “We will serve shrimp, fish and seafood. We will offer and international theme,” said Perri.
Perri hope to expand his restaurant operation throughout South Florida and open many new location in the next few years. Babieri and Perri were encourage to open their restaurant in Florida after meeting with Gov. Rick Scott when he traveled to Brazil on an Enterprise Florida trip. The partners are from Brazil.
